Instant Espresso: Add 1/2 tbsp Mona Linda’s instant coffee to 2 oz hot water (150-170°F). Enjoy as-is, or use in a latte, cappuccino, etc.

Instant Iced Coffee: Add 1/2 tbsp Mona Linda’s instant coffee to 2 oz hot water (150-170°F). Add 6 oz room temp water. Add ice to taste.

Instant Coffee: Add 1/2 tbsp Mona Linda’s instant coffee to 8 oz hot water (150-170°F).

Unlike powdered instant coffees made by vaporizing concentrate with intense heat which rids of some aroma and flavor, Mona Linda's instant coffee is crafted by carefully lowering the temperature of premium concentrate to form ice crystals before introducing gentle pressure to transform the ice directly into water vapor. The result is premium coffee crystals that maintain the natural aroma and flavor of high-quality coffee and dissolve easily.
