Purchases from Mona Linda Instant Coffee are subject to the following policy terms. This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.

We sincerely hope you love Mona Linda. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’ll happily refund your order. This is how confident we are that you’ll love it! Simply email hello@MLinstantcoffee.com within 48 hours of receiving the product for a refund.
Making Things Right
While we’re confident in our coffee, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here is how we handle different situations:
We’ll always make it right when:
· Quality concerns. If your coffee arrives spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise not up to our standards.
· We send the wrong items. Mistakes happen, and we will fix them immediately.
What’s not covered in our refund process:
· Delivery issues outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, weather delays and carrier delays due to strikes, government funding, etc.
· Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer error.
· All other failed deliveries, unless you notify us at hello@MLinstantcoffee.com within 7 days of the delivery notification.
How to Request a Refund
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise not up to our standards, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
To request a refund, please send detailed information and photos to us via email at hello@MLinstantcoffee.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Replacements are subject to availability of the replacement item.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are processed rapidly to ensure quick delivery.
Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
Contact us immediately if an error is noticed, but note that quick processing may limit our ability to modify the order.
Large/Bulk Orders
Mona Linda Instant Coffee supplies products for individual consumer use only. Under no circumstances shall buyer re-sell any Mona Linda Instant Coffee product.
Orders of five or more of a single item may incur cosmetic damage and are ineligible for replacement due to transit damage.
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Limitations of Liability
Mona Linda Instant Coffee is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
- Shipping delays or failures due to incorrect address details.
- Damages from misuse or unauthorized use.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved through arbitration, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in San Diego, California.
